The Canterbury Episcopal School was founded in 1992 with an enrollment of 12 students and met in the basement of the First Church of the Nazarene in DeSoto.
Enrollment for 2004-2005 is 245 students in grades K-12. Many parents, board members, friends of the school, and Madelyn Chafin have made the financial sacrifice to make the 36- acre three building campus a reality.
